Why Choose a Hybrid Training Program?

Stuck between wanting the one-on-one, individualized training offered in private sessions but also the great exposure and high-level distraction provided only in group obedience classes? Our hybrid training packages provide clients an opportunity to receive both!

Our trainers firmly believe that a group class setting is the best environment to learn foundational obedience (including leash walking, commands, and recall). The exposure to new people and dogs and the challenge of learning obedience amidst high-level distractions prepares your dog to listen and follow commands no matter the situation. This is something that cannot be replicated in private sessions.

However, we know there are certain behaviours that aren’t easily addressed in group classes. Things like separation anxiety, resource guarding, handler and human aggression are just a few examples of behaviours that are best tackled one-on-one with a skilled trainer once the dog has received a solid obedience foundation.

Beginner Level One: Basic Obedience

Level Two: Advanced Obedience

• Sunday June 26th at 2pm - Spots available

Cancellation Policy

Our classes have limited spots available, and most will sell-out prior to the start of the curriculum. For this reason, we hold all clients accountable to attend the number of classes they registered for on the allotted days and times. We understand that sometimes emergencies and unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you are unable to attend a class, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

Our Policy:

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before the start of the class will not be eligible to receive a refund for that class, and will not be accommodated for make-up sessions (including paid private sessions). This includes no-shows.

• Any cancellation or reschedule made more than 24 hours before the start of the class may be accommodated to join another class to make up the session missed. If a make-up class is not available, these individuals will be eligible to purchase a one-hour private make-up session for an additional fee ($100).

• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, we will do our best to accommodate the class(s) missed at no additional charge.

• For individuals who have registered for a course but no longer wish to continue with the program, a drop-in fee ($100) will be deducted from their total payment for each class they held a spot in (whether the class was attended or not). The remaining balance will be refunded at their request.
